Electrician's Toolkit Privacy Policy

Electrician's Toolkit (“the app”) is an Android app for electrical site calculations (cable sizing, voltage drop, load calculations and similar), published by Sunny Enterprise (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

We do not collect, store or receive the values you enter into any calculator — load figures, voltages, cable sizes, site conditions or anything else — nor the results the app calculates from them. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account of any kind. We also do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location.

The app does not save your inputs or results between sessions. Closing a calculator, or the app, clears everything you typed into it. Nothing is written to a database or file on your device by the app itself, and the app works fully offline for every calculation — only loading ads requires a connection.

Electrician's Toolkit is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect and use data such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google uses this to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. This data is handled by Google under its own policies:

Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent before ads are personalised, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You can review or change your choice at any time by tapping the privacy icon in the app’s top bar on the home screen. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the app does not collect or store your calculation data in the first place, there is nothing on our side to retain or delete. Uninstalling the app removes everything related to it from your device.

Since the app does not transmit your calculation inputs or results anywhere, there is no such data in transit to secure. Ad requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are sent over encrypted connections.

Electrician's Toolkit is a reference and estimation tool for site electricians and engineers. Results are provided for convenience and should be independently verified against the applicable standards and local regulations before being relied on for actual installation, design or safety decisions. This policy covers data handling only — it is not an engineering warranty.

Since we do not hold any personal data or calculation data from you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase on your behalf. If you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version on this page.
