HabitFlow Privacy Policy

HabitFlow (“the app”) is an Android habit tracker published by Sunny Enterprise (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

We do not collect, store or receive your habits, completion history, reminders, settings, name, email address, phone number, location or any other personal content. There is no sign-up and no login. All of this stays on your device.

Your habits, streaks and settings are saved in the app’s private storage on your phone. We cannot see them. The app works fully offline.

If you choose “Back up data” or “Export history”, the app creates a file and opens your phone’s share menu. You decide where the file goes, for example Google Drive, e-mail or a messaging app. We never receive the file. “Restore from backup” only reads a file that you select on your device.

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us or to any server. You can turn reminders off in the app or in your phone’s settings.

The optional widget shows today’s habits and progress on your home screen. The information it displays is stored only on your device.

HabitFlow is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect and use data such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google uses this to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. This data is handled by Google under its own policies:

Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent before ads are personalised, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app under Settings, “Privacy and ad choices”. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

The app shows no ads while you create or edit a habit, or on the celebration screen, and none during your first days after installing.

To display its typefaces, the app may download font files from Google Fonts the first time it runs. Like any web request, this lets Google see your IP address. No personal content from the app is sent.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because your data stays on your device, you can delete everything by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. We hold no copy. Files you created with the backup or export feature remain wherever you saved them, and you can delete them there.

Habit data is kept in the app’s private storage on your device. Ad requests are sent over encrypted connections.

Since we do not hold your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase on your behalf. If you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version on this page.
